Bashir M. Warsame, ACCA, CIPFA, is an experienced audit and accounting professional with over 8 years of experience in auditing, financial reporting, and advisory services. He has worked across public and private sectors, supporting organizations in strengthening financial management and internal controls.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and is currently pursuing an MSc in Accounting from the University of London. Bashir is an ACCA and CIPFA-qualified professional and an active member of the SICPA technical committee.
He has contributed to major projects, including advisory work under the World Bank Public Financial Management program and engagements with the Office of the Auditor General. He also has experience working with Ernst & Young (Kenya) and is skilled in various accounting and audit systems.
